Cargo Velocity supports Pasha and Navis in deliver of SPARCS N4

January 2016

Cargo Velocity provided a team of seven expert resources to support Pasha and Navis in the delivery of SPARCS N4 in 2015. To our knowledge, this accomplishment stands as the fastest SN4 delivery, with only about three months duration from contract signing to Go-Live. The schedule was driven by the required pace of Pasha's purchase of the Horizon Lines Hawaii Service. Services to Pasha included business process analysis, data migration services, EDI data integrity, gate system configuration and testing, on-site team training, and Go-Live management.

Pasha's comments about the overall team's work, including efforts by Cargo Velocity, Pasha and Navis resources: "an absolute phenomenal accomplishment"; "exceeded expectations at every level and milestone"; "a well-executed plan by a dedicated, tireless team!"; "For all of the many technical efforts to buy and transition a shipping line, the TOS transition was by far the most successful."
